Multigraf Touchline TCF375
Producing up to 5,000 items per hour, our two Touchline TCF375s are our go-to machines for producing 350gsm Silk folded cards. The single pass creasing and folding means they operate much faster than any of the other machines capable of folding our heaviest stocks, helping us to offer these products on our fastest turnarounds.

Our Morgana Digifolds were actually the first pieces of folding equipment that we invested in when we expanded our range into folded items. Now, as our folded range has expanded, we have many more folding machines but these are still helpful for short runs of light-weight items.

Like the Digifold, the Docufold is best suited to small quantities of lightweight items at 150gsm, or 250gsm maximum. The Docufold is quick to setup and has no setup waste, making it perfect for switching jobs frequently.

Our third Morgana product is not actually a piece of folding equipment but is, as the name suggests, a piece of creasing equipment. Heavier stocks might need pre-creasing before being folded fully so we sometimes use the Auto-creaser to prepare perfect book booklet covers. We also use the Auto-creaser to prepare our table talkers which are sent out flat, ready for customers to assemble.

For larger quantities of lightweight products (no more than 150gsm), we turn to our Stahlfolder. This machine can fold products in two directions so we use it for our cross-fold leaflets. We also use it occasionally to section-fold inner pages of perfect bound booklets when they have been printed on a litho press.

This machine is very similar to our Morgana Digifolds; it handles short runs of lightweight print very well. As well as this Touchline, we have a number of Duplo products with our factory and we know that we can expect great service from the Duplo support team. Knowing that we can rely on their support goes a long way when we decide to invest in new machinery.

The two Encore MB Rail Folders that we have are our big, heavyweight folders. These are what we turn to for large quantities of heavier stocks (350gsm and above). Our Rail Folders are highly reliable and pre-creases products before folding them to ensure a neat, accurate fold.

After the Stahlfolder T52, this is our other piece of folding equipment that is able to fold in two directions. We use the MBO to cross-fold heavier stocks as well as long runs of light stocks. We also occasionally need to use the MBO to section fold perfect bound booklet inner pages if they have been printed lithographically.
