Pack and collate has been created specifically for you with the sole purpose of streamlining your delivery processes. Route 1 Prints pack and collate service saves you the time spent liaising with 3rd party distribution services so you can focus on what you do best! By allowing us to pack and collate your order, you are significantly reducing unnecessary contact levels with your print making for a much safer end product.

After we receive your enquiry and you have confirmed your order, we will ask you to complete a spreadsheet detailing what print is going where. As we send your artwork to print, each job is assigned its own unique “print job id”. You will use the print job ID to define the quantities you would like to send to each delivery address. If you need any support with completing this spreadsheet, your account manager will be on hand to support you.

We know that speed is important to you and your clients. Like your order requirements, the turnaround time will be completely unique. Turnaround times are calculated by factors such as the size of your order, the amount of delivery addresses your sending print to and how busy our pack and collate team is. Upon receiving your request, a member of our team will confirm a realistic delivery date ensuring you have peace of mind.

Of course! As soon as we receive your enquiry detailing how you would like to distribute your order, we will begin to work up a quote for you. Upon accepting your quote, you will be asked to detail the exact quantities of print you’d like to send to which address. Our pack and collate team is made up of some of our greatest dispatch operatives that have years of experience picking and packing orders. You can rest assured your print is in the safest hands possible!

Much like our turnaround times, the cost for our pack and collate service is also bespoke to your order requirements. Each quote we issue is based on your unique requirements such as the number of delivery addresses to your order and the total amount of print you require.

This depends on your delivery type. If your package is being delivered with DPD , you will be assigned a parcel number and can track your print via the DPD website. This will enable you to locate all the parcels being delivered to each address.
