Our masks are made up of;
3-ply protective layers (blue outer layer)
Integrated wire nose bridge
Elasticated ear loops
Latex-free materials
Becoming a Mask Manufacturer
As the UK’s PPE crisis became more and more apparent in 2020, we knew we had to do something to help. We realised we could make use of our efficient production methods, our highly skilled team, and our spare 47,000 sq. ft. warehouse space to become the UK’s first manufacturer of medical-grade face masks.
We are proud to support our NHS, supplying over 50% of our mask capacity to the wonderful doctors, nurses, and support staff who are working to look after us all. However, our masks are also here to ensure that all workplaces can operate safely and businesses can stay open.
FAQs
Where can I order these from?
These masks can be ordered from our dedicated mask product page. Add these to your basket and checkout as usual. Of course, you won’t have to wait for an artwork proof on these items!
Can I order these for personal use?
You absolutely can. Our masks are made to meet medical specifications but there’s nothing to say that everyday people and workers can’t wear them too and help to reduce infection rates..
How many masks can I order?
Our boxes hold 50 masks each and orders start from a minimum of four boxes per order. So, you will receive at least 200 masks for you/your family/your co-workers.
Where are these masks sourced from?
Our masks are manufactured right here in South Yorkshire. We could see that importing masks from overseas was becoming a real pressure point for the UK so we set up the first surgical mask manufacturing facility on UK soil. All masks are made to the same high-quality standards that you know to expect from any Route 1 Print product.
